Default DX2S problems

I have a dx2s that when I turn it on locks the servo to the left (radio on then the car as it should be). The throther works fine. After several times of turning the radio on and off, it will finally work. Is not the receiver because it happens in both of my vehicles. Any ideas? Should I send it to Horizon? Anyone know more or less what are their service fees? Or should I get a new radio? Thanks, for the help

id personally ditch that spectrum stuff and but quality radio gear. you get what you pay for. you dont need a new ko propo radio, but spring for the airtronics 2.4 basic radio, its way quicker, and they support it forever. i have an m8 that i got locally really cheep and its the best quality radio ive personally have had. airtronics or nothing imo! send me a pm if you want to know more!

I have a DX2s as well and my steering works fine but my throttle is constantly sending a brake signal no matter where the throttle is positioned. I am sending my unit in for service to see if they make things right but if I have anymore problems then Ill never personally buy another Spekrum product
