Default Can it be done?

I have 2 lipo batt 2s wired in series with a connector I was wondering is it ok to charge them this was so I would be charging at 4s 14.8 volts instead of charging the individually at 7.4 2s, Tia

Yes, if the the packs are exactly the same. I would make sure both packs are as close to same volts when you start charging them.

Recommend buying or fabricating a series balance harness if you hadn't already planned on it. And be diligent about hook up order.

Get yourself 2 blinky balancer's and balance each battery seperate, but charge together. Also be careful not to overdraw the powersupply if your charger is AC/DC. I blew one up charging a 6s at 5amp's. Neither my ICE or 989 care about it though, they don't even get hot.
