Has anyone ran this motor on 3 cell? unless the novak guy misunderstood me he said i can. just curious if anyone has so i can get some gearing recommendatons. also, could you run three cell with the 14mm rotor installed?

yes. I've ran one on a Slash 4x4. put about 15 cycles of 3s through it. No problems. Maybe I got lucky?? Loved it!!

were you using the stock rotor? what speedo?
