Default 2.4 and digital servos?

If you put a normal non-digital servo with a 2.4 transmitter/receiver setup that requires digital servos what can I expect?

Would not centering properly, curve and steering speed not working properly be issues of this?

These are the issues that I am facing at the moment.

What kind of radio is it? It helps to know... Futaba radios have either different XMIT modes like PPM/HRS - PPM for analog, HRS for digital servos amd faster frame rate. The 4PKS has "High Speed" and "normal" settings for digital or analog. I'm sure Spektrum and Airtronics have settings like these as well.

Is it an RTR 2.4 radio? Those are supplied with analog servos out of the box.

You really need to give out some information of what you have if you expect to get a reasonable answer.

Sorry guys, I'm running the KO PROPO EX-5UR the sets that come with 2 receivers. So not RTR.
I have tried 4 different analogue servos with no luck on both cars.
I was running a 27mhz AM setup on my F1 car and it worked perfectly. The only reason I got this radio setup was a built a Pro10 car with a brushless setup and it said not to use 27mhz AM setup with the brushless system.

But I have had nothing but issues.

My mate runs the same radio system, so I will try his transmiter on my cars, but that's not going to be for a while.

I think you're going to have to get a digital servo, you're not the first KO user to ask this question/have issues with analog...KO is also the only brand I've seen that requires a digital servo.

While the EX-5 says it requires a digital, I have installed that radio on my son's Stampede with the factory servo in it from the old 27MHz system and have had no issues so far. YMMV, but it's been done.

Thanks guys...
Might have to bite the bullet and buy a couple servos for my cars.
