i just got a used 3pk and want to put a spektrum module in it but i remember seeing a while back that people were modding the antenna on the module so that it would be running in the same spot as the stock antenna. i looked through about 10 pages on this thread and didnt find anything at all about it. anybody have any links or a how to on how to do it?

Just to share with some who had bind with your R603fs Rx's then lost it, I had some debris in mine and now it binds after opening the Rx box and cleaning it out.......hope that helps some issues here......

Hello all

Pulled the trigger halfway the carb is wide open already.

Is there anyway i can adjust the trigger/throttle response?

Thanks

I think you can fix that with the EPA (end point adjustment)

I have two 3PKs with Spektrum modules for over seven years and never felt the need to do the mod plus that mod prevents you from using any of the other modules.

If it's for looks, I have to be honest and say that I rarely ever look at my radio while racing.

Don't do it. It's for looks and the guys locally that have done it have had problems. If it's not done right, you pull the antenna wire out of the module...then you need to buy a new module.

Anyone able to comment on whether the newer R614FF receiver is compatible with a 3PKS/FASST transmitter? I saw someone allude to using them together a few pages back.

My friend just picked up a RTR ve8 car which comes with a 3PK radio. It is advertised as a 3PK 2.4ghz and from what I can see has the module on the front of the radio for the 2.4 setup. Curious though what is the difference between the 3PKS and the 3PK if the 3PK has the 2.4 module installed?

Thanks!
