Default Servo question

Guys,
I was running my buggy yesterday finishing the break in on my engine. And right at the end of the last tank,I had no throttle or break. My question is do they usually just die and not move at all or should i have some kind of movement. All wires are hooked up.Just thought it was strange, never seen one go like that, have any of you. Thanks in advance.

Servos goes bad like that all the time! U have to put a high dollar servo on throttle..especially on a losi as they are notorious for eating throttle servos if u dont set ur linkage and epa right...try a digital hitec like a 5645,,,works great and it'll last longer.

Most just stop like you described. The only one I have seen limp along before it goes out completly are the hitec 7950. I have had those make it through a main with glitching and centering issues and then dead the next time I go to use it. But most die like you described.

Thanks,
Looks like I will be spending more money, just when everything was coming together and running almost perfect. And this was after a total rebuild on the buggy,go figure.
