It sounds like the ESC is not fully booting up because it is not finding natural. After powering on, move your throttle trim forward and back a few clicks. It will finish booting when it finds neutral if that was your issue.

you could also set the neutral width wider. I stopped using narrow myself.

Just out of curiosity what setting did you change?

I've got my 4PKRS in high speed mode (C1 to work with my existing 613 receiver) and everything seems hunky dorey. I'm kind of curious to play with it just to try it out.

I can't see anything in the manual to change the speed of 1 specific channel... well besides delays and exponential curve changes and crap.

Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good I guess hah

anyone know if they came out with different programming cards? I'm looking at one of these on ebay and the programming card he's showing looks bogus. it's small flat and yellow, the size of a credit card. I haven't seen any other ones like this anywhere else, not even on their website

Progage and EZ Link are the only ones I am aware of. They look identical, just one has the battery meter and servo checker.

Ch1 is fine. That output signal goes directly to a servo. Ch2 goes to the ESC.

That auction shows a Castle programing card. That will not work with a Viper system.

That is exactly what I thought. Good looking out bro! How can you trust the system if you can't trust the add, right? won't be touching that one

7.5 is the highest turn motor I'd run with a 4wd. Depending on the track size most likely a 6.5 is going to be the ticket.
