How does the torque on these compare to a speed passion V3.0 motor? That was one of my favorites for my 2wd SCT and I wouldn't mind another torquey motor compared to my ballistics for it.

These motors have more torque than any other motor I have tried. ANY

One other thing, and I appologize if that has been asked before, looking at the dissasembly pics, it looks like you could do a stator swap? Is that possible so you can do like Novak and have different types of motors?

Ordered mine today, looks like it should be pretty fun.

Hey everyone! Sorry I've been away from the threads for so long. These threads have really blown up! That's awesome, but it's going to take me a little while to read back through everything I've missed and answer all the questions I can :D Snowbirds is crazy and the WiFi at the hotel was terrible, didn't even work down on the track/manufactures row...

I only have a minute right now, but here are some answers from a quick browse back through a few pages:

The Vtrax10 should be in the $145-160 range, ProGauge included. The Vtrax10R should be in the $185-200 range, ProGauge included.

The ProGauge allows easy in-field tuning of all adjustments with greater precision and ease than nearly anything else on the market. Many functions have 1% increments.

We have an official deadline now for the first week of March for the Vtrax10 and Vtrax10R. The initial production firmware will be optimized for all modified racing, non-boosted spec racing, and boosted spec offroad racing. We are bringing the engineer to the US again this month for track side development to finalize the production firmware. We will release the Vtrax1 as soon as possible after the release of the Vtrax10 and Vtrax10R with a fully competitive spec boosted onroad function. At that time we will also release a firmware update for the 10 and 10R that optimizes the boost function for all onroad and offroad spec boosted racing. We want to release the esc's as soon as possible for all our customers who have been waiting patiently but we also need more time to develop the boost function for onroad spec racing. We are working as fast as possible. Thank you for your patience, it will be worth the wait!

Weylin,

Thought you were out til next week?

Get some rest- your probably still recovering from Snowbirds.

Psyco- development has been smart and efficent. There is a great range of adjustment to work with. Pretty sure there will be one testing at LIR this weekend in a TQ SC.
