Default Wire sizes??

I am trying to find out if 13ga is to small for 4x4 anything? I like how it is smaller and fits more places.. But is it to small for a 4x4 sc truck or buggy? 1/10th scale.

Blue doesn't seem to be available in shorter lengths....and this doesn't mention how long it is...

What are you using it for? If you run Novak esc's 12awg. won't fit in the holes on the esc board, without trimming the wire down, just FYI.

13awg is what comes off the Castle MMP. I haven't had any issues with that wire on my SCRT10, my Slash 4wd, or my SC8e. Doesn't even seem to get warm.

10awg is over kill on the length of runs rc cars use. Now if we are talking hundreds of feet of cable then yes 10 would be a good choice. 12 and 13 is fine. I wish they wouldn't use 10 on some batteries.

Or 8awg for that matter, like on some of the Turnigy packs.
