John, Thank you for your input.
I am improving the program now. The next version will be announced by the timing by which 30 A pro-trak is released.
It can use also by 20A unit. However, it is necessary to purchase the newest ROM. When a program is released, it is due to announce which version should be used.

This program is the first work for me. Therefore, the speed of development is slow:( However, I am going to apply feedback got from you:D

Kiyano,

I think Chris put the 10.51 ROM in my 20a pro trak. Will I be able to use the software of yours effectively? Chris, am I correct that the version is 10.51? or is it higher? Haven't really looked at that to see. Let me know what I can do?

Ronnie

Ronnie,

Yes I think it was a 10.51, your old one was 10.42 I think.

Chris,

Will I be able to use the software from Kiyano effectively?

Ronnie,

As far as I understand it should work to a certain extent but there will be a few features you will not be able to use. This is on Kiyano's current version, I don't know about the new version he is writing.
According to the Pro Trak Web site, versions after 10.47 can use the software partially, and versions 10.57 and after can use it fully.

Kiyano, is this a fair assessment?

Chris.

Thanks Chris,

I think Kiyano made that comment on his website (i think). I just wanted to make sure what I wouldn't be able to take advantage of.

Chris, thanks for the help recently. Keep me in mind when you get the information that you and I spoke about last week.

My program Ver1.38 guarantees operation by Ver10.57.

It may operate also by Ver10.51. However, I have not done the examination by this version.

Ronnie,

I'll remember, no problem.

Kiyano,

Thanks again, I'll be starting to run some cycles with your program soon, I'll probably post the results here as everyone will be interested in the results.

Chris.

It will be released by the end of this month.
A new order may become in October.

See this page for more detail.

Much improvements were added to new unit and new ROM:sneaky: The structure for studying a new charge sequence will also be equipped. Therefore, there is value of enough for which it waits ;)

I've never owned a Pro-Trak (listen to me, I'm fresh in this gig 7mths and I talk like I've owned several different kinds:lol: ), and I know it's going to be overwhelming at first but with time I'll be able to learn what you guys have already forgotten  . I've seen one in person though, and it's definitely up there with the best of 'em. I think I've got one on order with my 'local' distributer, but the anticipation is ever growing. Now if I could make money fast enough to keep up with 'my demands'

OH, THANKS FOR THE HEADS-UP

crimson eagle 08-19-2004 03:08 PM

Kiyano,

Is the Version 1.38 of the program the one that I can dowload from your website? Or is there another one coming to more fully utilise the feature on the new ROM?

Thanks,

Chris.

kiyano 08-19-2004 08:46 PM

Ver 1.38 is a program corresponding to Pro-trak Ver10.57. This can be downloaded from my page.

When new ROM of pro-trak is released , I will release the new program corresponding to it.

New pro-trak contains the new message which cannot process Ver1.38. Therefore, I need to release the program corresponding to new pro-trak.

Thanks Kiyano,

I'll be looking out for it.

Hi Chris
Sorry for a late reply but I've been working around Europe.
To answer your questions - yes Bill still races at Durham and we did cut off the pony tail and the hair for charity but it's back now!

I was also racing then with you, the Mannings, Mark Thompson, Kev Ideson -t o name but a few! (remember the ministox at Belmont Sports Club??)

As for the Pro-Trak - it was just before Phil, Bill A and me went to Malta to race - after a discussion over a few beers - Phil decided to mod my existing Pro-trak to the one in the pic (it's the only 'genuine' one in existence!)

Just waiting for my new version

Forgot to mention: Phil said it was a bit of a pain to do;)
