Default Battery Charger Problem

I was planning on taking my son to the track for some practice and fun today but that got thrown in the crapper. My battery charger went belly up AGAIN! What the ___
Originally I was using a Venom Pro charger. Then one day I went to charge a LiPo battery for my son and charged a few seconds then stopped. When trying to charge again it would do the battery check then flash the start up Venom Pro Charger screen and then just sit there. I could adjust all of the setting but it made no difference,it wouldn't charge.

Now I have a Team Orion Clubman LiPo Edition. I started charging a LiPo again today. It charged for maybe 20 min when I checked it and was still charging fine. I checked back again a few minutes later and it was off. I reconnected and checked the plug in and came back on. Now when I try to charge a battery it too does the battery check then flashes the start up screen. Again I can change adjustments but it won't charge any type of battery.

Now I'm ticked off for 2 reasons, one because it has a problem and two,Venom replaced the other under warranty but I need $$$ for Dr. bills so I just sold it last week

Anyone have any idea as to what's happening to my chargers?

Are you balance charging?

The 2 chargers used different power supplies. The Venom used a Venom specific supply and now I'm using an Eagle Racing unit. As for working correctly, what should I check for? Output seems to be a steady 12.1v

I haven't tried the Orion on a battery since the problem developed. Once the problem showed up on the Venom,it made no difference.

Granted I'm a rookie at charging(I'm nitro guy),but if I read the instructions right, the Orion charges the battery to a certain peak voltage then balances the cells at the end of the charge cycle. So yes,the balance lead is plugged in too.

If the PS shows a steady 12v, then its not the prob. Its prob the way you're setting up the charger, something's not right and if you'll detail exactly what you're doing for setup, hopefully someone'll see something wrong.

It's hard to believe you've had 2 completely diff chargers fail on you. Did Venom repair the charger before you sold it? Reasaon I ask - if they did, did they say anythimng aboutwhat was wrong?

Some of these have a capacity limit option that may be causing the shutdown.

That's precisely why I am asking for help. If they had different problems, maybe I would just say it was bad luck.
Venom said they did not know what had happened, they could not repair it but sent a brand new replacement.

Here's some pics of the setup. I picked the program, plugged in the battery connector and balance lead, put the battery in the bag then pressed the start.
