FYI everybody,

If you need help contact Angelo. I had a lot of stupid questions and he was quick to answer most of them. He really does give you customer support. I pm'd him my email address and he got back to me in less than day. Thanks Angelo!!

It's amazing what a change in attitude basically on my behalf and an open ear does .

Ive learnt from bad experiences in the past not to be so quick to judge anyone and sit bad and listen to what they have to say .

By chaging my attitude i have gain respect from customers and fellow racers but more i have gained so many friends that are willing to learn about r/c and electronics and learn together as one big family .

I used to hear from the other classes of racers that the on road and off road electric guys are anal and think they know it all but from the 1 year i have been involved you guys rock and rock big time .

I am so glad to have joined hobbywing as it has given me so much oppertunities to help people but also gain new friends .

thanks guys i really appreciate your respect and freindship and the freidnship from me and the utmost respect is mutual.I know i wont be able to please everyone but i will sure try .

It is with great pleasure to be part of you guys in the electric scene .

thanks once again and if you ever have any questions please do not hesistate to send me an email .

regards Angelo

120Amp so you can run mod turbo if you ever get the chance.

Yep! Yesterday I also updated my Xerun 120A (running 5.5T sensored in my Losi XXXSG TC mod) and was surprised that there are "turbo" options nowadays in the latest software available for mod! So, for the time being I left them at the asterisked settings and will see from there on. Scary? Maybe!!!

About the wording:I have seen there were differences in the pdf on the HW site (downloads, stock instructions, dated April 2010) and the LCD. But this was before the latest 1.62 version, I think, and happened a couple months ago in France, at the RC Bike Worlds, when I didn't have the printed pdf with me, so I downloaded it on the spot thanks to the track's wifi (!) from the HW downloads and it confused me!!!! I was in a hurry between race heats and it was a difficult situation!

Haven't checked with 1.62 and updated versions of that.

This family can be considered a HW one! We use:
*A Xerun 60A on my 1/5 motorcycle (13.5T motor and in the future it will be a 17.5T, so maybe a Stock ESC might be better? We will discuss this sometime soon. In the winter!)
*Another 60A Xerun on my son's Sprint2 (soon to be upgraded to Xray T3R), with a 17.5T for RCGT.
*An ezrun 60A/8.5T on my son's Cyber 10 buggy.
*and another Xerun 60A/17.5T on my own 175.T RCGT (Currently a Sprint GTI, soon to be a used T1FK05!).

Good afternoon everyone.
My Xtreme Stock arrived today, probably will test it Saturday.
I would like tips for a good setup for the ESC.

The photo of the track I frequent is just below the main straight is around 46 meters. Traction is average 3 / 5.
The chassis is an HB Cyclone TC, the engine is a LRP Stock Spec 9.5T (2009).
Batteries 5000mAh 40C.

Anyone have any good tips on the final ratio? Currently with the SPX + 9.5T use around 7:1.

I await response.

Thank you,

Rafael

I find all versions when I plug the 2-1 LCD in and turn on the speed controller with the battey plugged in. From there u click esc speed controller in the USB program, click software tab, and look under choice versions.
