Hello!

Very sorry for the late reply!

By now the new firmware "100422stock" is ONLY suitable for XERUN-120A and XERUN-60A ESC (Version 2.0 and later). we have no plan to let EZRUN series products compatible with this firmware.

using 4 cell 4.8v and a 4200Kv motor. The ESC is great but both the Tekin Mini Rage and the Castle Micro Pro can push the timing past the 26.5 limitation of the HW. Will this software update affect the 1/18th ESC in sensor-less mode? Will the HW match the speed and performance of the Tekin and Castle 1/18th scale ESC's?
HW - any thoughts?
Hello!

We may think to apply the turbo timing and boost timing technology to 1:8 scale ESC (XERUN-80A and XERUN-150A), but by now we haven't a R&D plan to apply the new technology to EZRUN series products.

The reason is: XERUN series is Hobbywing high end product line while EZRUN is a budget-friendly product line. Normally, we will firstly apply the latest new technology to our high-end products.

But we do need to research the market day and day, so our R&D plan is also changed according to the market requirements.

Default 422s on venom

Has anyone tried the HW software with the Venom V2 120amp ESC. It has SP software loaded in it at the moment. I have just loaded the HW software into the my HW esc and it rev's like a barstard ( AWSOME ).
So i thought if SP software works on Venom then does that mean HW will work on Venom ?

They are all the same ESC's.

The software will work on all 3 ESC's

cyclone wce
fdr 6.13
temp 65
motor 13.5 speedpassion v1
settings:
4-8
9-8
12-9
13-2
14-3
15-3
exellent all over the track.
rip out of corners awsome.
acceleration frightening,
top speed brilliant.

suffered with poor tyre choice but still made b final. finished 4th and 3rd from 6th on grid over 2 leg finals.

slautered gm and tekin on the straight and the infield, that were being driven by people with same ability.
check wlrc.co.uk for track info.

but above all, a great day had by all.
