hugobox2003 03-28-2012 07:57 PM

I managed to get one last week from tamiyashop.com.au. which is based in HK. It took a while before it shipped so I guess they had trouble sourcing it.
Im not sure if HW have stopped manufacturing them though.
They are an excellent unit for club racing. If they have stopped production, you'd think they would have to replace it with a new model.

Hi lewis

The difference of the sct pro and the 120 amp xerun is that the sct pro doesnt have the Advanced firmware like turbo were the 120 amp xerun 2.1 does .But both are rated same current specs and sct pro is more durable for off road racing

I was under the impression there was also a 150a V3 Esc being released too. I run 1/8th scale, and am hoping for a ROAR approval.

Angelo,

Couple questions about this post ..

It states that this particular V3 has a built in booster and works with 1s - 2s lipo (even has mention of 1/12 on the box) .. is this the 1s V3?

Or is there another one planned? If so what is the difference?

I'm a little confused as to what you will be releasing and what is in the pipeline.

sizheng 03-29-2012 09:40 AM

The V3 releasing soon is the version with 2S-3S supported.

1S version will be late.
