Your charger handles LiFe batts. As far as what charge rate, LiFe can be charged at 10-15C. 1C for this LiFe is 1.45amp. I think your charger is limited to 5amps so thats what to charge at - that would be about 3.5C.

If you had a more powerful charger, you could charge at higher rates, but charging at 5amps isn't going to be a prob either.

thx buddy. i been playing with my charger but i dont see a life mode. maybe i gotta use lipo mode and set the cell rating first then maybe it automaticaly adjust itself? i'll read more into the manual and see if i missed something.
thx for your help!

If it doesn't have a LiFe mode, it should let you set the cell voltage under a general lithium batt type setup. You'd use 3.7v for lipo and prob 3.3v for LiFe - these may be set as options rather than variable. The programming inside the charger then knows to max the cell voltage at the correct amount.

Some chargers do it this way rather than have a separate LiFe mode like my Hyperion soes. Check the manual and make sure you use the correct voltage to trigger the LiFe mode.

Yiour charger is advertised as doing LiFe, so this should be covered in the manual.
