Default hyperion 720i net3

i have an ofna pro power 18 power supply,i was wondering if this is good enough to run a hyperion 720i net3 battery charger.right now im running 3,000-4,500mah nimh i will be going to lipo/brushless later when i get better
i want to get a good charger now so i dont have to worry about it later
any help is appreciated

As long as teh power supply outputs a little more power than you're using to charge, it will run a charger. Your charger has 250watts of output power. If that is the Ofna PS that has adj voltage, at 14v and 18amps, thats 252watts. Its not enough to run charger at full power, but close. There is some inefficiency in a charger, not sure just how much.

Rehgardless, that supply will certainly run the charger to charge almost anything you'd be charging.

thank you for the quick reply it is appreciated,just wanted to be sure before i bought the charger.i most certainly will get a bigger power supply if and when i get bigger batteries thanks again
