if you've got any soldering "skills," and a micro tip for your iron, you should be able to handle it (I've done it dozens of times) - it's easy.
if you lack the above, it might be smarter to send it in to spektrum and let them do it for a few bucks.

i just melted a little ball of salder to the antena wire befor i put it to the RX piece then held it above the iron while i lined up the iron with the RX then touch the iron to the RX and the antena salder at the same time to get bloth in liquid for (breaf second) and pulled the iron out and put the antena back on very quickly. worked like a charm, i also put shoe good around were the wire leave the rx to help prevent this from happaning again.
