servo horn screw??

Exclamation servo horn screw??

ok so the screw that hold my servo horn on, the one that came with it, apparently it came out. bc the horn came off. how do i get another screw for this particular servo? its a jrz590m. please help!!! so i can be again

Only thing a search turns up -

Use a serrated or star washer under the screw and/or some blue loctite - keep it from shutting you down again.

aren't those just ordinary 3mm Botton screws? I mean, a hardware store which sells a 3mm x 5mm botton top screws should be a good replacement for it.

Those are self tapping screws used in plastic servo's. I think he wants these for screws for metal geared JR servos: http://www.jrradios.com/Products/Def...ProdID=JRPA227

Or like Wile E Coyote said just a standard 3mm X 5mm (or 8mm) screw will do.

i just fixed it. i used a clutch bell screw. worked great, and of course this time i added a little locktite. thanks guys

what color loctite? be careful on that sometimes loctited screws are hard to get back out.might destory the servo horn pole removing it.
