Default FUTABA brushless servo problems - help

I just recently purchased a futaba brushless servo for my electric losi 2.0t - when i turn the esc switch on I immidiately get "twitching" big time in the servo - I am using a futaba 3pk super with a spektrum module and a 3001 pro receiver - it is almost like somebody is on my frequency, which is impossible - when i set the truggy down it is not as prominent but still exist - I am not new to rc and all my eq. is top of the line so I know everything is binded right and hooked up right - I have been told that this is not uncommon for this servo and that you have to adjust your dual rates to get it to go away - two questions arise from this - why in the hell would you need to adjust this out with your radio and for 150 buck shouldnt that not be an issue? - I am looking for educated responses please on anyone having this issue and what they did to fix it - thanks guys in advance for helping
