I hven't run that combo, but have run s Vendetta ST with a 2100mah lipo, big 4900kv Permex BL motor and Quark 33a esc and see runtimes of 25min and more.
Don't now how comparable this may or may not be though....

With the 5700kv motor I'm guessing not very long... 2200mah and 20C is only 44 amps of discharge rating. Suspect a 5700kv in a 1/10 scale vehicle is going to puff that battery up fairly quickly.
With a 27T motor perhaps 8-10 minutes?
Either way, keep in mind that you shouldn't run a lipo all the way down, hope you have a low voltage cutoff if you are going for maximum run time.

It's primarily what the motor draws, the esc and battery need to be able to supply what the motor needs. No easy way to determine that other than experience, or an on board data acqusition system like an Eagle Tree setup. Lots of variables, vehicle, gearing, running surface, driving style, yada yada. But a 5700kv is known to need a lot of amps, it's a pretty powerful motor.
Yeah racing I think it is has reasonably cheap packs that many have had good luck with.
