Default Broken dx3s scroll wheel

Please read this. I hope it helps.

The problem with the scroll wheel lies in the instruction manual.
The wheel works fine IF you only push it in on the left side ONLY. The right side of the wheel is fixed in a rotating pot and the left side activates the switch.
If you try to push it in by pressing on the right side you can break it if you push too hard. The manual should state to only push it on the left side. To their credit, if you look at the pic in the manual it DOES show the thumb of the person on the far left of the wheel. They should just state this clearly in writing. My first instinc was to push it in the middle and after i played with it i figured it out.
I opened it up to confirm this. So buy one with confidence, it is the BEST radio I have owned to date ,just push the scroll on the left side only and you will have no problems
Thanks

yeahm after mine broke the first time, I carefully and only clicked on the left side but it broke again anyways. Good advice, but not really a solution.

Careful man, if you talk bad about this radio you will get lynched. Your not allowed to say its defective, even though it clearly is.

Good luck!

Clearly only being able to push one side of the button is a feature...
