you buy a charger at the hobby shop you don't take it back to the hobby shop when you have issues, you return it to the manufacturer. when you buy a chrarger from tower hobbies and have issue you don't return it to tower, you return it to the manufacturer.
tower didn't make the charger and their customer service isn't there to facilitate return/warranty work.

Hobby shops sell other manf. products. Of course they do not fix them. Tower is not going to fix a tekin or novak charger but they are responsible if it is a tower name brand product.
If a company puts their name on a product they are the ones to deal with.
Last I checked Integy sells Integy brand chargers.
Tower (great planes distributor) is a major service center for many products. Get your facts straight before posting.

I own several Integy products and have found them to be excellent, especially for the price. I've had to deal with their Customer Service twice, once for repair and once for information regarding suitability of one of their products. Both times it was handled throught their online "ticket" system and both times it was handled satisfactorily in a reasonable period of time.
