hay has any one replaced the fan in there charger and if so where
did you get the fan. My fan will squeal or just stop some times
then I will give it a little flick it will stop or start back up
and this charger is ok but not all that it was said to be
I may just get a new charger a different kind

measurements off it will see if I can get a new one had a lot of dirt
inside but that is what you get when you pit down wind from the
track oh will I'm thinking that a new charger is in my future

If you take teh cheap chipping , it takes about 2weeks. The expensive shipping gets it to you in about 5days (did for me anyway).

just a update on my fan in the venom charger had sent an
email in to venom on the 28 (Sunday) and a Paul Susbauer
customer severs at venom sent an email back to me to day saying
that he will needed my address so he can send me a new fan
not bad customer serves

Just sent one of these chargers in for repair, Fan was broke when they got it they said. and the damn thing was reading 2s lipos as 6s lipos. When they got the charger they tested fixed the fan and then called me, stillwas broke. I hop they dont think to fix that one and send it back. I dont want it after it was reading 2s lipos and 6s. Pretty funky to me but good Customer Service they have.

I'm not sending the charger in Paul is just going to send me a fan
so I can put it in myself and we will see if he does but I think
that so far I have gotten good customer severs to this point
I'm in no way a big fan of this charger or venom but as of now
I'm happy with the service we will see how long that lasts

well hear is the up date on my fan I just got it the mail to day
from Venom just like Paul Susbauer in customer service said I first
emailed them on a Sunday the 28 of June and I got a email back
the next day on Monday morning wanting my address so he could
send me a new fan I got to day 10 days from my first email
so yes that is good customer service at least for me the experience
has been a positive one

I just got the venom pro charger and im trying to charge zippy 3s 2200Mah using the white connection, it plugs into the balance block. it wont let me do anything. it just comes up with the 'connectoin break' error. Does anyone know how to rectify this?
