Hi all, here`s a question for you. When I plug in my Novak Brushless GTB (with the power switch in the off position), to my orion 3200 li-po`s, it arcs when I plug in the last power wire to the battery? Is it the cap.?

You should see the arc on a 5S 18.5v system - its gets people's attention, ZAP!! Will eventually eat a deans connector too. For hi voltage systems, you can add a resistor and modify the way you hook it up and basically let the cap charge thru resistor instead of that all at once connect ZAP. Its cool a few times though, especially towards dark.
