Hi All

i'm having trouble with my trakpower v balancer, when i connect it as per the instructions to my 4900 my charger comes up with connection break and won't charge??
i'm wondering if i need to plug the two charge leads into the top of the balance harness connectors which go into the battery pos and neg?

Connect the balancer to the charger, then connect the battery to balancer. Lights should flash indicating cell count. Then press the button for 3 seconds until the link light illuminates. Then start the charger

Your charger won't see the battery unless it's in link mode.

Have you checked the 10A fuse? If that doesn't work I would send it back for a replacement.

Same thing happened to me. The fuse was the problem. Check to see if its blown, the tin will be broken/cracked.
