Last night I replaced and old ESC with a new QC3, I have successfully programmed the ESC to the radio and it is bound properly, however when I turn it on the motor will go full throttle for 10-15 seconds....

how can I fix this?

I have done this before with other ESC's but can't remeber the remedy...help!!

Did you bind to the rcvr before or after you set-up the speed control? I would rebind while holding full brakes on the transmitter. Thats how I do all mine and everything works good, plus when/if I loose the signal to my rcvr it will goto full brakes.
