Questions?? Newbie charging question

Getting back into the hobby after a 30+ absence.
I have a iMax B6 charger for my 5600 mAh Li-Po batteries.
When it's charging there's a number in the manual called "Charged Capacity" or "Supplied Capacity".
I'm making the assumption that as the battery is charged this number will gradually increase to the stated capacity of the battery, in my case 5600mAh?

Charged capacity is when charging w/o a balancer. The capacitiy is a true charged capacity.

Supplied capacity is in balanced mode. Because there is a balance current it is hard to determ the real charged capacity so it is the supplied capacity from which a small amount was used by the balancer.
