Default Source for LEDs wired with resistors?

Anyone know a good source for LEDs wired with resistors appropriate for a 6V power supply? I'm surprisingly finding very little that is exactly what I need. Ideally I'd like assortments that include red, orange and white, don't mind buying separate 3mm from 5mm assortments. My specific needs are for a Tamico light bucket set for a Tamiya Audi A4 Quattro.

4x 5mm white
2x 5mm red
2x 3mm white
2x 3mm orange
4x 3mm red

So if I could find an assortment or two that would cover those needs that'd be great, and ideally have some extras, as I have another body where I'm either going to use the Tamiya lexan light buckets or 3d print my own.

I do not need plugs on them, just bare wires would be great.

And what is wrong with doing it by your self? Calculating the resistors, doing dome wire and add some shrink tube isn't that hard.

I'm lazy but I guess it's no big deal to do it myself. My soldering iron isn't great but I've been planning on replacing it already. I left it on for an extremely long time once (forgot I had it on) and I think it damaged the heating coil.

Just seemed like it would be nice to save the trouble of soldering the resistor and applying the heat shrink...
