iCharger X6 "Input over voltage"?

I bought this charger for the size and features, and received it yesterday. However, after just over a minute of charging a battery, I get the "error Input over voltage 0201". I found that topic posted here, but there was never a resolution, or follow up on how to fix the problem. Has anyone run across this problem, and found a solution?

Did you get a voltmeter and actually did check the power source? What power source are you using?

If you are sure the power source is not going beyond the limit then there is something wrong with the charger internally

It was tried on two different 12 volt server psu, well below the 32 volt input limit. I'll try using a lead acid battery for power later today, but as you say, I suspect that it's damaged, and will be returned.

Final resolution, sending it back for a refund. I had bought it through Amazon, but before I went through that I did leave a message through the seller's website about the problem, with no reply.

Already found that post, and did try a car battery with the same result. And what would You call a real dc power supply?

If you bought the charger from progressive then just email them and send it back to have it fixed. If not, I guess you could still email progressive to see if they repair chargers not bought from them, maybe for extra cost. Heard iCharger arent really fixing/responding when you email them about charger repairs.

I had bought it from "Buddy's RC" through Amazon. I sent it back for a refund last night. I have an Isdt charger that works.
All is good.
