Unhappy Questions for RC UAV

Hi,

I'm currently working on a project involving an RC UAV. Going to be running a 320 kv 1600W motor on a 4s lipo 5000mAh 35C battry, with a 80A speed controller.

I've calculated that this combinatin should last approx. 33 mins but not sure if I've chosen the optimal C rating and want to make sure I'm correct.

Would really appreciate any help on this.

Thanks,
Cael

You can calculate the flight time but not if you are right with the C-rating?

How did you determine the flight time? The motor is a variable load determined by throttle and propeller. 1600w on 4S can draw up to 100A so with 5000mAh you do need at least 20C to keep on with 100A, 50C should work.

But the C-rating is a mistery number and for sure with higher numbers no continious current but only peak currents.
