Default iCharger X6 and balancing 4S???

Yes I searched and for me on my browser the search function on RCT hasn't worked for me in weeks. I went digging and still couldn't find my answer. Emailed Gens Ace and never got a reply so HI!

Just got the Gens Ace 4S 130C with built in balance port on pack (pic below) and I use an iCharger X6. I've been using LiPo since 2004 so I'm not new by any means but I've only run 1S and 2S and haven't dipped into 4S, especially on this charger. Battery comes with its own balance cable but I'm weary of the pins being out of order so can someone clarify that this will NOT reverse polarity and smoke my brand new pack, and or shit the bed on my rarely used charger?

What do you mean by the pins being out of order?

Yes the charger is protected from reverse polarity and will give you a warning, there is no risk to plugging the battery in backwards on the charger.

Very few brands of ESC's offer reverse polarity protection so be sure to minimize the length of the leads from the ESC to battery so it's physically impossible to reverse the polarity.

Hope to see you at the track soon!

My charger lists from left to right -123456+
After staring at it like an idiot my balance cable is in the right order.

Only cause I'm used to 2S and not higher I've never dealt with larger packs, different style balance ports, whats standard, is there a standard. It's fine for use, I tried it this morning after looking at again with fresh eyes

Oh I know the charger is, but the pack isn't...I was just looking at it wrong being I was tired. It's fine and works, tried it this morning.

I'll see you soon as I get my bodies back from paint!
