Default Reversing servo rotation??

Hey, everyone! I’m getting back into RC after about a 5yr hiatus. Now I’m having a strange electrical issue that I’m unsure how to resolve, so I came to the best place to get some advice!

So…here’s what’s going on.

I just installed my electronics into my 8ight 4.0 nitro buggy. Everything works, but when I squeeze the throttle, it applies the breaks. When I push forward to apply the brakes, it applies throttle. It’s like my throttle is backwards. WTF.

I had an 8ight 2.0 nitro with the exact same electronics, but never had a problem. My 8ight 2.0 didn’t have the Gen 3 radio tray as is in my 8ight 4.0, so the servo was positioned differently. That’s the only thing I can think of.

Can someone please help?

Here’s my setup:
Losi 8ight 4.0 nitro buggy
throttle servo: Savox SC1268sg
steering servo: Hitec HS 7955TG
Radio: Futaba fasst 2.4ghz 4pk-2.4G
Receiver: Futaba R614FS 4 channel receiver

P. S. Don’t laugh at my totally vintage setup! 😆

Your transmitter is not called Fasst but more like a 3PK or 4PK? Fasst is a transmission protocol
On the transmitter there is an option called servo reverse....

And for throttle as well. Go in to your main menu and look for "Rev". You can reverse the throttle and brake from there. Then re-cal radio/ESC.

Thank you. I’ll give that a shot. I have never had this issue before.
