Can anyone teach me how to connect 2 servos for steering and 2 servos for braking with the receiver? Should I use a Y Splitter Cable to get the job done? Many thanks in advance.

An Y-cable will always work, if you have an advanced transmitter you probable have a mix funxtion to setup another channel to work with the the brake, in that way you can also adjust the brake balance on the transmitter.

First off what radio have you got and how many channels? are you looking to have 2 servos to control the steering up front, or 4 wheel steering? what car is it anyway, there is always options

Y splitters work, but ideally you want each servo to have it's own channel

a Y splitter is easiest. unless you have a radio you can mix channels along with having enough channels to do the job.. youll also need a ubec as a battery ,might not cut it..

My transmitter has a mix-channel feature and also has enough channels to suit my wants. Yes, I will get a SBEC from Jeti Model to power the receiver and servos.

Why getting a BEC system?
If you are using servo's for a brake then I expect you are running a gas powered cat. That means the servo's are directly powered by the receiver battery.

I am running an electric powered onroad car and decided not go for the BEC.
