Have a charity race coming up and it's offering a "Vintage race" ...
I've picked up a new Re-release RC10 Worlds (Slider-85% complete) and an A stamped Gold Pan (used and abused donor-which I may make the actual event car)
Although "modern" electronics are permitted, I want to run a brushed 19T paired with an inexpensive esc, more modern servo (even a decent :"older styled" servo isn't cost effective) and will be running a 2s Lipo and my Sanwa Rx/Tx from my usual fleet.
I've seen Reedy Radon 2's in 19T.... but the description leaves more questions than answers...Is it just an oddly wound crawler motor?
Can anyone point me in the direction (Brand/Retailer/etc) of an actual "race" 19T brushed motor and NOT a crawler motor?
And... I've seen some cheap (cheap/inexpensive?? lol) Brushed ESC's on those Amaz-bay sites (HobbyWing Quicrun? - anywhere from 60a to (ILS-lol) 320a from like $35 or less... Viable? Trash?
Thanks in advance for positive contribution to my questions... and Yes. I know Brushless is better!
