Default Buzzing Futaba S3004

Just finished my first build. When I power it on the steering servo is buzzing and getting warm. It does this even when disconnected from the steering rod.Servo: Futaba S3004
Transmitter: Spektrum DX5C SR6100AT
Receiver: SR6100AT
ESC: TBLE-02S

Is this some adjustment on the transmitter? I am a total rookie with this stuff. Haven't been in the hobby since the mid 80's.

It is an analog servo. Check the framerate in the settings of the transmitter, it needs to be set at the slowest option, I believe 16.5msec

Talking

Remove the servo horn and allow the servo to find its natural neutral position.
Throttle return spring adjustment to heavy at neutral position.
Expo around neutral
Generic response..Make sure your carb throttle curve matches your joy throttle curve.

Expo on steering sensitivity, is there any binding geometry when the servo link is removed??

Are you positive you don’t have some sort of channel mixing going on or enabled??

Have you tried resetting the DX5C?

And I see it is an AVC receiver. Not sure but I believe with AVC switched on you can not use analog servo's.

Be wise, get a cheap digital like the Savox 0254mg

Remove horn, if buzzing stops, you may have a bind in steering assembly including Steering bell. Do that first and go from there. Its you first model build.

They mentioned they already did this in their post.
