Many USA manufacturers will follow industry standard and purchase a bulk order from China to keep costs low. If you want something custom then you need be prepared to pay significantly more for a non-standard solution. Either you can assemble your own pack by purchasing and combining smaller cells to fit your desired space, then wiring them in parallel or you can hire someone to do this for you. I have a 3D printer and will be happy to work with you in creating a custom battery case per your specifications. I'll charge $40 to design and print the custom battery case and $20 for labor to assemble the custom pack, plus cost for parts/shipping... you have the choice to buy and assemble or get a turn key solution based on how much you are willing to spend.

Most people will buy a battery that fits their space, and then design a battery tray instead which will be far less expensive, I can work with you in creating a custom tray as well, same $40 to design/print the tray to your specs.

Another option is to buy a Touring Car battery strap system and use that method to mount your pack

Most of the time the LHS is capable to make a battery pack to your wish.

i don't need a custom tray since the car already has a tray for the battery

what do you mean by custom case? just need a shrinked wrapped battery

so basically a 6 cell hump (so 4 cells bottom with 2 stacked on top) becuase if i was to buy a new battery from LHS they won't fit because of the plastic end caps

Are you talking about NiMh or LiPo cells?

I was referring to printing a hard case for a custom LiPo pack... sounds like you want to make a NiMh pack instead?

If so, then yeah, any LHS should be able to make that pack for you, if not, I can still make you a custom NiMh hump pack as well for $20 labor + parts + shipping, you pick the cells and connectors you want, then I give you a total quote, once the invoice is paid, then I will order the parts and assemble the pack for you.

It would be far less expensive to buy a 2S LiPo and install a LVA than to continue running NiMh.
