Can I use this on all esc from hobbywing? I have a quikrun but says use led card

no, some of the older ESC's require the LED card, but most of the newer ESC's require the LCD card. Some ESC's can use both, you need to refer to the specific ESC manual to see which card is compatible, you can always use a USB adapter and use the HW software with a PC.

When using the usb do I use the lcd card to connect to the esc ? Is it a software that’s included ?

when using a USB adapter, there is no programming card involved, the PC becomes the programmer using their free software which is compatible with ALL their ESC's.
