Zeee Batteries

they sellthese on amazon for great prices IMHO
I have a 4600 one that does its job, im barely getting back into this with the stuff ive acquired i think 2020 will be a time to focus etc.
I would like to get a race battery however the stories I hear about these batteries and where they come from just makes me wonder if its worth 2 or 3x as much for ONE battery that is said to have a 1 year shelf life expectancy or less. Trying to find out who else is usings these brand batteries for what application and how you like em?

They are cheap cells not good quality packs but what’s worse is that some companies are re labeling these junk batteries and reselling for 3 times as much. That same 4600 shorty pack with 4mm bullet is around everywhere in cheap packs re labeled and also for 3 times as much on Reds website

No one said top of the line... Just stated : not Junk!
As for me their 4S Hardcase Batteries are sufficient enough for my 1:8 Onroad, 1:8 Truggy and my 1:8 Buggies. I run their 2S shorties in F1, and their Regular Long 2S Packs in USGT & USGT Fwd. I also have Zeee packs powering my Starterboxes. They have all performed just fine, charged at recommended amperage's ( Read - Never Overcharged) and always Balanced and Stored correctly.
If you take the time to Maintain you Pack's, a "Top of the Line" pack is not a need!!! Yes they may develop a crack in the hard case here and there, but so do other brands as well.
Been there and done that with Trinity,Team Orion, SMC and LRP! Now I run Zeee just fine, they work for me, and my wallet.
So as to the OP's inquiry, that would be my feedback.

I've been using one of those 4600mAh 2S shorty packs for the past year, and it does what I ask of it. If I were trying to get into a modified class, on a low budget, I would use them. We will always have people looking down upon others that do not use what is mainstream in the pits.

I have a friend of mine that uses these batteries in Ebuggy and he swears by them. It should be known that Ebuggy and 4WD modified buggy , and Modified Touring Car for that matter are so overpowered. In fact, in Modified Touring car the guys charge their batteries to only 8.0 volts. It is stock that you have to worry about as it relates to inferior batteries. I am not saying that these are inferior. Most lipo batteries come from the same very few factories from China. My friend is receiving new Zee batteries next week and I will be performing tests on them and will compare them with my expensive race batteries.....

ive used them in high level competition and they performed just fine. They are good packs for the price. As for lipo fires it can happen to any brand out there if you dont handle them correctly. Ive seen it happen on multiple occasions with name brands

Just stating or implying these will catch your house on fire or on fire in general, is just a Biased flaming of this brand... with that being said, an invalid argument in my point of view. Given most have been giving their input as to their performance and overall feedback. Or am I mistaken here. I know that these may not fit every Racers / Bashers / or just Hobbyists liking, yet for the few it does, they seem to be working nicely.
So unless you have recent pics to back up your claims, one could also argue it did not happen. We understand that you do not care for these, and have noted that. You have been given your chance to voice your opinion or experience. So please for those that are giving their valid input and experience, let them voice theirs, without going behind each one questioning their experience!
