Try rebooting your PC (assume that's what you have) while the radio is plugged into a usb port and try again.

I just bought a FGR4S (non v2) from Amazon, are there any concerns with these anymore?

I would not run receivers that don't say V2 on the sticker.

So everyone buying the current bundle from Hobbyking is receiving the non v2 receivers? Are flaky FGRS receivers still a thing?

Anyone with any info with the receivers sold today?

The FGR4 V2 is an improvement over the V1 but not in physical size as they are both the same in that regard. It is pretty big but it does fit in my KM X2's RX box so that's where I use it. I also have the FGR4S, FGR4P and the FGR8B. The FGR4P is wider than the FGR8B but the former is shorter. The FGR8B fits in my TRX4 RX box with no issues and is surprisingly small for being 8 channels. If I still had my Arrma Talion with it's small RX box, I'm sure the FGR4S and the FGR8B RX would fit but I'm not too sure about the FGR4P and forget the FGR4. I absolutely love the small size of the FGR4P and I think most people need not worry about range issues unless you're doing speed runs.

Even though the item that i purchased from Amazon looked like a v1 fgrs, i received a fgrs v2. I’m happy but confused lol.

Hello everyone. I have a nb4 i bought from hobbyking a year or so ago and i love it to death. I am just now having issues with it and it is breaking my heart. I think i have busted my battery bank for the bottom. I will connect it to the remote, press the power button for the battery bank to charge the remote and nothing happens. I can still charge the remote through the battery bank and usb cord. I did drop the remote in a puddle a while ago and the battery bank landed in the water. I dried it the best i could and it has worked fine up until now. I would be willing to purchase a replacement battery bank but cant find anything. I also cant afford buying a second remote at the moment. Should I get in contact with flysky

Yes, I would contact FlySky.

Good luck with contacting FlySky. I've had good success with contacting them in the past but when I sent an email about the 18650 cell in the handle going dead after a few days of sitting I got crickets. That was 6 months in but since those cells are so readily available and cheap, I just purchased one myself, no big deal especially since I haven't heard of anyone else having that issue. The bottom battery bank is something I haven't seen available so maybe a 3D printed case that houses a common flat battery would be the next step. Still an awesome radio:nod:

Try using the contact form on their website and perhaps contacting them on Facebook as well.
