Does anyone have any larger wheel options for the NB4+? The current wheel is around 2" in diameter. I'd like to try something with a little larger diameter to see if it helps with hand fatigue.

Thank you both!

Now I just have to decide between an NB4+, a Futaba T4PM, Sanwa MT5 or a Sanwa M17 (currently on a good deal, but circa 50% more than the others)

NB4+ easiest to use, most features, updating FW is annoying, possibly less reliable

4PM very fast, menu kind of annoying, full backwards compatibility with all receivers

MT5 very fast, very expensive receivers, best control feel IMO, no backwards compatibility with old receivers

The NB4 Pro came with two sized wheel option. You can check Soarsky and see if they carry them separately.

Sorry if this has been asked & answered, but I couldn't find anything...

Does FlySky have a US or North American service provider / facility?

The steering mechanism in my new-to-me NB4 took a shit (return spring and copper ribbon cable).

Any help / suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

If one of you are selling a solid, reliable NB4, I'm looking for a spare (I'm in NJ).

Is there a way to swap out the battery and screen from the NB4+ to an old NB4? Or would it just be easier to just buy the NB4+ and move up?

Mac The Knife 05-16-2025 05:35 AM

Yes, it's possible, but in the case of the screen, you would have to swap out the mainboard as well. Soar Sky sells most of the replacement parts for the NB4s. A new screen and main board is listed on their site for 240 bucks.

At that price, it would be better to just buy a new NB4+. Yeesh.

Has any one changed the dial potentiometer out for a different type?

Coming from a Sanwa MT4+ the dial potentiometer on that radio is second to none for rear steer on a crawler, with its short thro and center detent, the Sanwa just doesn't have enough channels though

Can a Sanwa type potentiometer be fitted to the NB4+ and where would i even start to look to find one?

Which receivers do you use with your NB PRO+ on a 1:8 Nitro Buggy?

Has anyone experienced range issues with FGR4s receivers?

I have the transmitter updated to the latest version, as well as the receivers, and I can't reach 20 meters with two FGR4s receivers that I've never used before. I bought my transmitter and the two receivers on Aliexpress. I have another receiver that works fine and I think that was the receiver that comes in the box with the transmitter. I don't understand how two receivers can be failing without ever having been used...
