Will all my electronics work together?

Good evening! Just when I thought I was ready to put everything together I’m afriad I might need to buy some more stuff...
Concerning electronics for my Mugen MBX7R :
I was planning on using a RX-37 receiver (rated up to 6V), Savox SA 1258TG (throttle, rated up to 6v), Hitec HS 7950TH (rated up to 7.4V) and a Protec 5196 lipo (rated at 7.4V)
how am I looking? Do I need to buy anything else to get going without frying anything or having my buggy run off into the distance...

You need to use either a LiFe or 5 cell NiMh battery, or upgrade the throttle servo and receiver to HV components in order to be able to use the LiPo. If you plug the LiPo pack into what you have now, you risk catastrophic failure. Using a regulator can bandaid fix the too high voltage issue, but it's one additional component to fail.

Overall the better choice would be to get this receiver instead. Which would make everything you have there compatible.

I have yet to use a lipo battery in a nitro vehicle. But based on the specs, you would probably want a 2 cell LiFe battery instead because it runs a lower 6.6v which will be less of a stress on the receiver which is only rated at 6v. If you plug a fully charged 7.4v lipo into the receiver there is a chance you'll fry it.
Overall the better choice would be to get this receiver instead. Which would make everything you have there compatible.

Ah yeah sorry I assumed you had something like the MT-s. In that case you'll either want to use a LIfe battery or a standard 5-cell hump pack Ni-Mh battery. The latter would be the easiest and would be exactly the voltage you need.
