All right, the car's been rebuilt, new belts, new pulleys, and a few bearings. Another engine on order (thanks Santa) with our very good friend Uriah Murnan. New paint for the bodies is in the works... Spare parts order has been placed (includes chassis...lol), along with the tire order (not looking foward to that bill) NOW IS IT TIME TO RACE???
Chris - I should be avaiable tomorrow, Friday and over the weekend if you want to work on a few things![Smilie](https://www.rctech.net/forum/classic_images/smilies/smile.gif)
Tom - You need to donate the 720 and buy Mike's 8th scale!!!

FYI -- Those of us with the Snake!! The offset used by a majority of the vehicles on the market are the same except for the Serpent, Power Racing/Edam Co/Pursuit R/C, and SMP. This is the offset best known as the Kyosho/Mugen offset. Although the original offset gave the car a smoother feel, many drivers feel that by changing the offset to the one used by the other manufacturers could be beneficial to our car.
By changing offset, you change both the suspension geometry on the car as well as the scrub radius. Thus allowing us to increase or decrease the response of the steering on the car.![Nodding](https://www.rctech.net/forum/classic_images/smilies/nod.gif)
