It's worth every penny dado...

The first time I went it was complete and utter pinball. I broke just about ever part you could imagine and still had an amazing amount of fun

Exactly, It doesn't matter how bad your "race week" goes, you still have a fantastic week. Just getting to hang out with a bunch of other racers from around the country and bench race all week is worth the price of admission. Let alone the fact that you get to watch most of the World's best duke it out in 12th scale and touring car.

Just make sure that when you mount the motor in that X-Ray of yours, the direction of the shockwave the Ultrabird generates pushes the car forward.

You don't go to Cleveland for the race (at least I don't anymore) you go to hang out and have fun. I have gone for six years and never brought home a bowling trophy.

You've got to go just to watch the A's in mod. WOW! I've been going to Cleveland for 13 years in a row. I remember the first year going and I thought the same thing. I wasn't that good and didn't want to spend a whack of money. But it's worth just going and talking to the fast guys and meeting new faces. And who knows, you may even bring home a speed tip or 2.

I have been there the last 4 years and it's more fun each year as I make more friends there. last year was the first time taking wood home so I got you beat mcsquish 3rd in the "G" in 12th stock bottom was the "M" that was so cool because I fought to hold on to 3rd and had someone so close just waiting for me to go wide or tap a wall it was intense!! sorry Keith Billanti. but it was a great battle for third! and someone has to get 4th in the "G"!
