I'll be running USVTA for the first month or so until I can get my 17.5 car together. I hope we have enough for a heat.

Do it
We can all use the Vegas prep.
Get your pit game down
Get your setup options ready

One day of prep will make Vegas a great experience.

I am new to onroad racing and never drove on carpet. What type of ratio should i run for 17.5 touring at Horsham. I have a TC6.1. Thanks for any help.

I would start at a 3.8 fdr then adjust from there and always check motor temps after about 3 min runs.

3.8 fdr is a good place to start for 17.5T at this track. More than likely you'll want be a bit lower than that if your temps are okay.

What type of 17.5T do you plan on running (i.e.: D3, D3.5, RevTech, Reedy, ThunderPower, etc.)?
