Oooh new drivers stand? Got pix?

Edit: nevermind... saw it on the last page... AWESOME! Needs some banners and a paintjob.

Was lighting added as well? On the posts?

Im not sure the last time you were there but Al added some light near the end of last season in the middle. They are flourescents too but a little lower than the other ones. They look weird in that pic they are about 20 feet over the track

Oooh... the stand needs some shelving underneath... or tables... so drivers coming off the stand can put their cars down and go marshal right away. I don't ever think marshaling has been a problem when I was there, but just my 2 cents

The drivers stand looks good to bad I won't be able to make it out until sometime in October, can't wait. Did anyone end up running 13.5 tc?

This stand is really great. Better than most I've had the chance to race on. Being 5 ft high you really have a different view of the track. It sort of feels like running at Jackson.

You know I am visually impaired too GG...

The new stand was a huge + for me.I think it helps with the lighting too,as now you are looking down on the car throughout the entire track.

Better yet....Al made up some booster stands for us "vertically challenged" . No more radio in the face.

It was good to have at the track....
Your car looked very good on the carpet.

If you get a chance post up a picture of your Mini...
