Loose weight its been going up and down...more up than down

Eat 5 to 6 little meals (more like snacks) a day. It'll up your motabolism to help burn the pounds. The down side is you'll get tired of eating. It starts to become a chore. Reduce the carb intake (rice, bread, etc.). Not stop, just reduce. Keep moving. When I go to Vegas, the only time I stop moving is when I'm sleeping or eating. I eat more when I got to Vegas but I always loose weight. Must be from always standing at the crap table, constantly looking for a good machine that's calling me, walking from casino to casino, and all that shopping. Gotta keep the motabolism up because it slows down as we get older.

Got my new car for mod this weekend! VOneR (from the Mr. M. museum of fine ancient cars) with bling-bling on the brake arm and left side chassis brace. Everything else is stock. Even the front blade holder is plastic and top plate is solid with no holes for the wires. Gotta just put the electrics in and paint a body then I'm good to go. Lo-Tech all the way.

Played with my HPI Micro RS4 this weekend in the store. Stock motor, heavy wires, gear diff, and dried up tires. But is does have the HC chassis, universals, and 6 cells (AAA).

Worked on my car last night. Boy, I must be getting lazy because all I worked on was the top plate and it felt like a lot of work. Have the linkage to go. Still plenty to go.

Got my M18 running. Just need to paint the body. Should've gotten the HPI Skyline body at Hobbietat. Using the Ferrari body that came with the kit
