2012 ALABAMA MANUFACTURER SHOOTOUT 3.0

We received a large amount of emails yesterday racers saying that people paid but rcsignup did not reflect that. Do not worry, it's a manual process. You pay, we get it, file it, and then go to the site to update you to paid status. If it shows completed and all the payment info is correct you are in the event. If it does not already show you paid it will very soon.
DO US A FAVOR: Let your fellow racers know to get paid up. Some think that because they are registered they have a spot. Only paid entries have a spot. We are very close to the mark. We can't hold spots without payment either. If you signed up 6 months ago and did not pay, yet a racer comes along today and registers and pays he will be in the event ahead of you.
The track layouts should be up on www.neobuggy.net for voting by March 10, 2012 so spread the word and vote for your favorite layout! Keep in mind this is just my drawings and ideas off the table. Once we start pushing dirt it's easy for things to change or not work. But do expect something great!
So for now racers, get those entries paid up, make sure your INFORMATION IS CORRECT ON RCSIGNUP, and help us spread the word!

There are, I think, a total of 4 RV hookups at the arena. 2 on each end under the awning. If you don't get there early on Wednesday or maybe even Tuesday night, you won't get one of them. It's one one of the very few things that's missing there. They must not get many campers for other events. There are plenty of 110V electrical hookups, but if you want to run your AC (and AL in June means you are going to want to run your AC) you'll need a generator.
