Well you would have had it already if the football game wasnt so important. Of course that sounds totally like something a chick would say. Just looking for a better story, you know like " I was passed out drunk on the bathroom floor" or something. Finally got tracking info, shipment will be here Tuesday. I will mail a care package down to you

WhooHoo! found the Toledo F1 thread. Great F1 action today. Thanks for the setup help Jeff. What a difference. My racing skills are finally starting to improve after a long summer hiatus. Good clean racing with all of you guys. First 'official' Woodville F1 race in two weeks then?
It was also cool to see you discover things on my car, and have that Oh ya moment.
The Races have been fun, I am not 100% sure but we could see a new layout next week, This layout has been great there are some tricky parts to it but there is also room for all the new people in VTA.

Hmmm, where to find 2.219 seconds? Back to the dungeon Dr. Frankenstien!

I found 42 grams of un-needed weight in my car thanks to Mark. Parts are on order!

I know you had a race going with lon and that will mess with your lap times some.
A little thing I like to do is take the best lap then allow for +.1 or so, then look at all the laps and see what time is missing, I am looking for Time left on the track.
I get 3.2 seconds for you for the main, if your interested in that info.
and its hard to really count a Main, for time left on the track due to running for a spot over just turning laps.
I did this for myself on my best round, and I left 1.8 seconds that i could have been able to improve my run, you dont have to be perfect when looking at this info just ball park it.
With all of that said, the track was slower IMO this week, as much as .280
And its hard to say how much it changed round to round.
Looking at Lap times in the main and using fastest lap as a guild you could run
32 laps 6:10
For lon I end up with the same. again just going off fast lap and it really only counts for that round due to the track being a little different round to round.
(This is my ricer math for the day)

I spoke with the Klunk today and he said for the VTA cars the first round was the rocket round. The carpet just got slower and slower as the day went on for him.

Nice Lotus photos! Who's the photog? (HA!)
More racers the better. Can't wait to run with Dave Berry again. I haven't raced with him in many, many years.
Some great points for sure Jeff. Thanks for the feedback. Lon and I had a really close run throughout almost the entire main. I went through my car again, and made some small changes. Also wired the electrics a bit cleaner. I'm interested in seeing if it makes the car better.

No results due to computer problems
a few racers had to leave but, they had good cars and could have changed the results.(Brent and Lon)
With that said, Ted and I had a killer main, I had all i could do to keep ted from turning in under me, I made a mistake about 3-4 mins in maybe, and ted got by a few laps later lapped while passing lapped traffic ted got on the outside of the other car while I stole the inside taken the lead back.
again ted beating down my door till the end I think at the finish Line there might have been 1-2 car gap, also while going through traffic, it was pretty intense.
Good to see the cars are still close now 5 weeks in.
