ROAR Region 5 Electric Off-Road Championships

No we plan on making this event more affordable than a typical ROAR event. Our plan was to make entry fees $35 first class and $15 each additional. But then we remembered that everyone needs to pay $25 for their ROAR memberships. So what we are doing is applying the $25 ROAR fee to our entry fee. First class will be $25 second class $15 and a third class for FREE. Additional classes beyond the third will be $15 each. But at least this way everyone can run up to three classes for $40. Pretty much unheard of for a ROAR event. With the economy the way it is, we want to help make this an affordable event.

That is the big question. Its hard to say because the track changes depending on the weather. If it rains in the days before the race, the track surface will be loose so tires like Goosebumps or Step Pins will work well. But if the track is well run in, smaller pins are best. Stuff like Holeshots, Gigabites, Double D's, will work decent. And if it rains on this date, and we run indoors, you can run anything from slicks to Holeshots or even Beams, BK Bars, and Barcodes. The indoor track is a solid clay surface, when its moist, you can do wheelies with slicks.

So if we come late friday we won't be turned down to enter? Also, is the indoor track big enough to run 1/8th scale electric?
