Default 2004 Las Vegas Speedline Gran Prix

APOLOGY

I want to state that I am apologizing to the 4 Aces Racing Association on the creation of this thread. I would like this thread deleted, but I do not have the authority to delete it. Also, all my posts have been deleted and all the other views expressed on this thread are the written expression of other members of the RCTech forum and not mine.

Others on this forum that have slandered Rich or anyone else involved with the 4Aces should give an apology to him and the club. Others who have bad feelings towards people in the club just need to get over it and bury the hatchet.

Lets just get back to racing and building the racing scene in Las Vegas.

Thank you for your time,

Marc (FirstLoser)

Well, I have some bad news for everyone that was planning on coming to this wonderful race here in Las Vegas.

As of right now the race has been postponed until further notice. And this is becuase of RICH TAYLOR and JACK HOLMESof the 4 ACES RACING ASSOCIATION. They dont like the fact that the new club that has formed in the Las Vegas Valley (RaceWorld R/C Racing Association) was awarded the race for this season. So they decided to reserve all the weekends in April so this race couldnt be run.

So if you were planning on coming to this race, please check back with further updates. And if there is no race this year, you can thank the 4 ACES RACING ASSOCIATION for making this possible.
That's sucks!!!! I was really looking forward to coming to the race this year.

They should move it to Tx. and have it at the Dallas Motor Speedway.

The 4 Aces Racing Club is pleased to announce that it will be hosting the annual spring Race on the traditional third weekend in April (April 15, 16, 17, and 18). This will be, as usual, a level 3 type event. Full details and application forms will be available by Thursday evening. Stay tuned!

Whats next, are we going to cancel The Parris race, because so and so wont play Nice, so we (4aces) are going to take the ball over to my house and play, and no one (raceworld) can come and play with us???

Bullshit, just deal with it and race.

It is the racers that make a good race, and one bad promoter to screw it up for the rest of the racers!!!!

Sorry just my 2 cents

So, I guess firstloser is Mike Queller? Unless you are either Queller or Earl Barnes, I'm pretty sure you don't speak for Speedline or Raceworld. Perhaps you only have half the story or perhaps you have none of it. Either way you would probably do everyone a favor if you checked your facts before speaking. You shouldn't believe everything you hear. Too many chiefs and not enough indians....

The race that is talked about on here is NOT , i repeat, is NOT the Speedline Race. It's some little race that the 4 Aces club has started just make sure that the Speedline Race wasnt going to be run by another certain club in the Las Vegas Valley.

So be careful and not be fooled into thinking that this race said on here is the Speedline Race.

The Speedline Race right now is on hold, but is being worked out between the club that has been granted to run the race and Mike Queller. So stay tuned and I will keep you up to date on what is going on. I should know something by the end of the week.
Keep us posted...I'm sure a lot of people had plans to attend and have to change things now.
